  • SOP Introduction/Purpose/Summary: This SOP supports the @ReachableCEO after a 12 hour build/billing activity period. It provides a gentle, relaxed, focused and streamlined break for nutrition, fresh air, exercise and reflection.

SOP Steps

  • START
  • Prepare and consume food (following food SOP).
  • Watch 1 episode of a stimulating/entertaining/deep thought TV show.
  • Change into workout outfit.
  • Go on 1 mile walk and reflect on the day.
  • Go to gym.

  • Return home.
  • Start shower for water to warm up.
  • Weigh self (using [redacted paid content] scale).
  • [redacted paid content] pre-brushing teeth care procedure.
  • Clean ears.
  • Get in shower.
  • Brush teeth (using [redacted paid content] toothbrush/toothpaste using [redacted paid content] technique).
  • Shave (using [redacted paid content] shaving cream and [redacted paid content] razor/blades).
  • Wash body (using [redacted paid content] body wash) and [redacted paid content] loofah.

  • Rinse.
  • Exit shower.

  • Hang up towel to dry.
